All players are required to work out in the weight room three days a week, Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 9:00-11:00 am and 6:00-8:00 pm. The concept of the off-season program is to get stronger, reduce the chance of getting injured during the season and promote team unity.
7 on 7 begins July 2nd at West Deptford HS. All players (except linemen) are required to have a signed waiver form, cleats, water/Gatorade and a mouthpiece to participate in the league. Schedule is located by clicking on the Forms category listed in the Teams tab at the top of the website.
